The Customer declares and guarantees:
to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful; who, every time he/she makes a purchase, has read the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Shipping and Returns Policy and the General Conditions of Sale, specified below, accepting them.
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
The following General Conditions of Sale may be modified by Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte, without prior notice, also in consideration of any regulatory changes.

In compliance with national and international regulations governing electronic commerce, our goal is to allow consumers around the world to purchase home and heating products online.

Orders
The current sales conditions are considered expressly accepted by the Customer at the very moment in which the latter completes, following the relevant instructions, the order form in electronic format and transmits it electronically to Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte.
The order sent by the Customer must be complete in all its parts.
Failure to provide or incorrect provision of data necessarily entails the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations arising from the sales contract concluded.

Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte will send the Customer, by email, for all products purchased, an order summary (ORDER DETAILS).
The Order Summary will contain information relating to the products purchased, including, unit and total price, payment method and expected shipping costs.
Prices
The prices shown for each item put on sale by Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte on the site are expressed in Euros and are intended for the public including VAT and packaging, excluding shipping costs.
Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the pages of its site without prior notice.
In the event of price list increases occurring after the acquisition of orders not yet processed, Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte will still apply the prices in effect on the site at the time of the order.
Payments
All orders are considered acquired upon payment.

- BANK TRANSFER: In case of payment by bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 working days of order confirmation. The products will remain reserved for 8 working days and, in case of non-payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. - CASH ON DELIVERY: payment in cash directly to the courier upon unloading the goods. In this case there will be a supplement of €5.50 on the total bill. This cost is caused by the courier's handling of the money.
Warranties
