Delivery Methods
Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte allows you to choose the delivery method you prefer and that best meets your needs.
Pick up at the office:
Point of sale and warehouse: Frazione Spineto SP.58 n.61 – 10081 Castellamonte (TO).Choosing this delivery method will exclude delivery costs. At our point of sale it will be possible to pay by card or cash.
You will receive an email or SMS to notify you that your order is ready for collection.
For logistical reasons the customer must notify the collection time.
BRT Express Courier:
For a better service, the courier will send you an email or SMS with the day and time of delivery.Returns
According to the article (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) for consumer protection, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it without explaining the reason, even if it would be useful for us to improve our service!
The communication must be made within 8 days of the date of receipt by email to the address: ceramichecielle@libero.it
The shipping costs will be at your expense: both those incurred to send us the product back and those paid to receive it, which will be deducted from the refund we will make in your favor. If you have used free shipping, the amount will still be separated based on our table that you can view at the top.
Naturally, if you want to return only one of the products purchased with a multiple order, only the partial amount relating to the product in question will be returned to you.
To obtain a refund, the product must be returned to La Fornace sas in its original condition: complete, without tampering and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the refund cannot be made or will only be made partially.
To carry out the withdrawal procedure, follow these simple steps:
– Send us a communication by email to the email address ceramichecielle@libero.it or by registered mail to the address Fornace Pagliero Castellamonte, Frazione Spineto SP.58 n.61 - 10081 Castellamonte (TO);
– In the communication you must indicate your personal data, the product reference data (order number and the date on which it was made) and finally how you want us to proceed with the refund (Bank Transfer or if you paid by card, the credit on it);
– Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation that we sent you by email to the package.
